Focus: edge AI, neuromorphic prototypes, FPGA engineering. Systems are on-device, low-latency, low-power, private.

  • FPGA Overlay: Verilog or VHDL or HLS; driver and DMA path; host API; bitstreams and tests
  • Neuromorphic Prototype: SNN or event camera; training loop; on-device learning option
  • Full Device Build: BOM, image, containers, watchdogs, logging, admin UI, handover docs

The 5 stages

  1. Spec: signals, constraints, formal acceptance tests
  2. Architecture: compute placement, memory movement, failure handling
  3. Implementation: overlays, kernels, services, model integration
  4. Validation: benchmarks, soak tests, failure injection, baseline plus ablations
  5. Deployment: image, enclosure notes, admin guide, training and handover
